We offer junk removal, house and commercial cleanouts, yard waste removal, and small demolition services. All services are subject to availability and service area limitations.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on actual labor, load size, or additional requirements. All pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Liability

We take care to perform all work safely and responsibly. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our team during removal or demo. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to areas needing service.

5. Property Access

By booking a service, you grant us permission to access the necessary areas of your property to complete the work. For safety and insurance reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Cash, Venmo, Check, Card. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and branding—is the property of Kyle’s Junk & Stuff and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
