At Kyle’s Junk & Stuff, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our services and aim to ensure a positive experience. Below is our policy regarding refunds and service disputes.

1. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, return to resolve the issue.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Services were paid for but not delivered

  • Work was significantly incomplete or not as agreed

  • Billing errors occurred

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Services that were completed as described

  • Changes in customer preference after service is rendered

  • Missed appointments without proper notice (less than 24 hours)

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Date of service

  • Reason for your request
